I am 53 yrs old and in early 2019 started gaining weight.
I am 5′ 2″ and have always stayed around 125-130 lbs, until 2019 and menopause really kicked in.
I am a fitness professional who teaches classes and works out 4 -5 days a week with varying workout types. I still struggle with the 1200-1500 calorie intake because it’s hard for me to consume that many calories but have realized how important that is for my body to stay in balance.
